\u00a7 1 General Provisions <\/strong><\/p>\r\n

  1. These Event Regulations (hereinafter \u2018Regulations\u2019) comprise general terms of attending on each a paid Event (hereinafter \u2018Event\u2019) organized by Centrum Klubowe S.C. (hereinafter \u2018Organizer\u2019).<\/li>\r\n
  2. All Attendees in the Event (hereinafter \u2018Attendee\u2019) are obligated to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Entry to the Event area is equivalent to reading and accepting the provisions of these Regulations. <\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    <\/p>\r\n

    \u00a7 2 Orgazation of the Event<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

      \r\n
    1. All Events are paid. Entrance to the Event is for people over 5 years old who have a valid admission Ticket (hereinafter \u2018Ticket\u2019) and identity card. In case of purchasing the Ticket in electronic form, the Attendee is obligated to show a Ticket printout at the entrance to the Event. <\/li>\r\n
    2. Participation in the Event for person under 16 years old is only possible under care of legal guardian who is obligated to purchase a valid Ticket to the same zone and sector as the underage Attendee and take full responsibility for the Attendee during the Event.<\/li>\r\n
    3. Participation in the Event for person between 16 and 18 years old is only possible after making a declaration of the responsibility the legal guardian for the underage Attendee, signed by legal guardian and left at the information desk at the entrance to the Event area. Model of declaration can be found at www.stodola.pl. <\/li>\r\n
    4. Before entering to the Event area, at the request of an authorized representative of the Organizer, Attendee is obligated to submit to the control of documents to confirming identity.<\/li>\r\n
    5. The Ticket entitles the holder to onetime entry to the Event area and expires after checking.<\/li>\r\n
    6. Attendee is obligated to take a seat as marked on the Ticket.<\/li>\r\n
    7. If a disabled person would like to participate in the Event with guardian, each of these persons are obligated to purchase a valid Ticket.<\/li>\r\n
    8. All information, including the location of individual sectors and zones, emergency exits, medical, gastronomic and sanitary points are provided by security staff and Organizer\u2019s employees.<\/li>\r\n
    9. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event without prior notice, for any reasons which the Organizer does not responsible. In this case, the Ticket holder have all the rights provided for by law. <\/li>\r\n
    10. The Organizer has the right to change the date, venue and program of the Event for important reasons from sudden, unforeseen and independent of the Organizer such as the announcement of national mourning, disease, indisposition, unfavourable weather conditions preventing the Event from taking place or other objectives beyond the Organizer\u2019s responsibility preventing to cunduct the Event and situations where the change is caused by necessity ensuring the safety and health of Attendees and the properties or the need to ensure undisturbed and comfortable for the Attendees course of the Event. In such circumstances, in case of the date change, place (except for changing places within the same town) the Ticket holder will have the rights to return the ticket before the Event start.<\/li>\r\n
    11. The Ticket holder, who has the rights to return the Ticket, should apply for a refund of Ticket price at the place where the Ticket was purchased, without undue delay after receiving information about the cancellation of the Event.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

      <\/p>\r\n

      \u00a7 3 Event Security<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

        \r\n
      1. The security service is authorized to refuse entry or request the person to leave the Event area who is not compliance with terms of these Regulation, particularly in cases justified by security any reasons.<\/li>\r\n
      2. Attendee of the Event is obligated to behave in a manner that does not threaten security of other Attendees, particularly to comply with the provisions of these Regulations and Venue Regulations in which the Event take place and submit the orders of the security service and Organizer\u2019s employees. Moreover, the Attendee of the Event is obligated to immediately report irregulations that may threat to health or life to the security service or Organizer\u2019s employees.<\/li>\r\n
      3. The security service is authorized to view the contents of luggage and clothing the persons entering to the Event area. <\/li>\r\n
      4. It is forbidden to bring in and possess during the Event:\r\n
          \r\n
        1. weapons or other dangerous items;<\/li>\r\n
        2. explosives;<\/li>\r\n
        3. pyrotechnic articles;<\/li>\r\n
        4. flammable materials;<\/li>\r\n
        5. alcoholic beverages, except for those which purchased and consumed at the Event area;<\/li>\r\n
        6. groceries, except for those which purchased and consumed at the Event area;<\/li>\r\n
        7. glass objects;<\/li>\r\n
        8. large dimension items, including suitcases and large backpacks;<\/li>\r\n
        9. drugs and psychotropic substances;<\/li>\r\n
        10. tripods, monopads or telescopic boom (selfiesticks);<\/li>\r\n
        11. masts and poles use for exposure the flags and banners;<\/li>\r\n
        12. or any other items that could be dangerous.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
        13. Attendee of the Event must not use the balaclavas or other forms of masking the face to prevent identification by security and police services. <\/li>\r\n
        14. Moreover, it is forbidden to:\r\n
            \r\n
          1. entering to the zones not intended for Attendees, particularly the stage, front of house engineer, backstage, dressing rooms, gastronomic backroom;<\/li>\r\n
          2. throwing any objects;<\/li>\r\n
          3. running the activities to make a profit, including sales, acquisitions, advertising and promotional activities and carrying out the fundraiser without permission of the Organizer;<\/li>\r\n
          4. bringing animals to the Event area;<\/li>\r\n
          5. entering to the balcony with foods and drinks;<\/li>\r\n
          6. blocking access to the emergency exits;<\/li>\r\n
          7. destraction of devices, equipment\u2019s, signs and information boards, advertising located on Event area;<\/li>\r\n
          8. climbing on structural and architectural elements;<\/li>\r\n
          9. using political slogans or emblems with racist and xenophobic content which may be hostile to a democratic constitution and demonstrating the radical views also through the gestures;<\/li>\r\n
          10. standing on the chairs;<\/li>\r\n
          11. sitting on the handrail;<\/li>\r\n
          12. smoking and using tobacco products or electronic cigarettes at the Event area.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
          13. The security service is authorized to refuse entry or request to leave the Event area person who pose a threat her- or himself or other Attendees of the Event.<\/li>\r\n
          14. The entry to the Event area is forbidden to persons who:\r\n
              \r\n
            1. are on registry list kept by the General Police Headquarters;<\/li>\r\n
            2. having no access issued by the Organizer.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
            3. The accreditation documents, ID badges, wristbands must be noticeable all the time during the Event.<\/li>\r\n
            4. The Organizer has a right to recording image and sound at the Event, particularly the behaviour of Attendee and share recordings for competent law enforcement authorities.<\/li>\r\n
            5. The Organizer or safety manager have right to refuse entry to the Event area without giving any reasons.<\/li>\r\n
            6. The person who was refused entry or was requested to leave the Event area, does not have the right to return the Ticket. <\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

              <\/p>\r\n

              \u00a7 4 Liability<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

                \r\n
              1. The Attendees of the Event entry to the Venue at their own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for damage to objects and loss of health or life as a result an efforts third parties.<\/li>\r\n
              2. The persons who are staying on the Venue is responsible for consequences of any activities in compliance with applicable laws.<\/li>\r\n
              3. The responsibility of Venue\u2019s manager and Venue\u2019s employees during the Event does not apply in cases caused by the fault the above-mentioned persons or due to non-compliance with applicable Regulations.<\/li>\r\n
              4. The Organizer of the Event should be immediately aware about any accidents or material damages.<\/li>\r\n
              5. The material liability for caused damage should be held by person who caused this damage.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

                <\/p>\r\n

                \u00a7 5 Additional Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

                  \r\n
                1. The Organizer of the Event is not responsible for admission Ticket purchased outside of the official distribution channels.<\/li>\r\n
                2. The Attendee may be exposed to continuous sound intensity zone which may cause hearing damages and may be exposed to too powerful lights. The persons suffering from illnesses, which symptoms may get worse by these stimulis, the decision of participate on Event to take for own risk and may not make any claims against the Organizer.<\/li>\r\n
                3. The Attendee of the Event agrees to use the voice and image on photographs and TV recordings (such as live recordings, DVD recordings, etc.) which can be used by the Venue\u2019s manager or Event\u2019s Organizer. Here are applied the Provisions of the Copyright and Related Rights Act.<\/li>\r\n
                4. It is forbidden, without permission of the Organizer, to record the Event by video or recording devices e.g. laptops, tablets, SLR cameras, cameras with interchangeable optics, GoPro cameras etc. as well as bringing and possessing during the Event. Before the entry to the Event area, the persons who possess above mentioned devices, are obligated to deposit them at the deposit point with receipt. These who are not compliance with terms will be pleased to leave the Event area. According in to Venue, the deposit may be paid.<\/li>\r\n
                5. The change of additional parts of the Event, including interchangeable or hospitably appears artists, for another equivalent additional parts is does not constitute a change in the agreement concluded with the Ticket holder or any non-compliance of the service with the agreement.<\/li>\r\n
                6. The Organizer of the Event may, for security or important technical and organizational reasons, propose to the Ticket holder to take a different place than marked on the Ticket, which is a changed the content of agreement. Disagreement to change the place is equivalent to the withdrawal of the Ticket holder from the agreement, as a result the Ticket expires and Attendee is obligated to leave the Event area, retain the right to return the Ticket. <\/li>\r\n
                7. Official Merchandising is available only at the Event area.<\/li>\r\n
                8. Re-sale or the attempt to the Ticket\u2019s re-sale at price higher than printed, as well as exercising any unauthorised promotions, will result in invalidation of the Ticket without the right to the return.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

                  \u00a7 6 Final Provisions <\/strong><\/p>\r\n

                    \r\n
                  1. These Regulations are available at the entrance to the Event area.<\/li>\r\n
                  2. These Regulations are subject to change without the need to inform about any reasons. Each new set of provisions of these Regulations replaces previous version, making it invalidated.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>","link":null}
